I would like to take this opportunity to open discussion and make an invitation to our neighbors.
I originally started this website as part of my community portals, and being that Sondra and I life in Newport Shores, we would like to think there is an extra special feeling of community attached to this website and discussion board.
So, in the interest of neighborhood discussion, please, joing us. To participate in these forums, you just need to create an account on NewporShores.org. It's free, and very easy. The best part about it is that the system is designed to only allow accounts to be created within a geographic area. In this case, our neighborhood.
We have a great opportunity to discuss anything going on here, from garage sales to neighborhood security. Plan BBQs, or block parties. Open discussions that lead to an increased sense of community and neighborhood good will.
We hope to see you here with us online soon! There's a lot to talk about.
